Quality in Sistemska tehnika Armas

Long and rich tradition in production of steel, semi-finished products from steel, processed and composed objects in Steelwork Ravne in Ravne na Koroškem, reflects also in our long tradition in the field of assuring the quality of our business and production processes and our products. One of our main priorities, that is continously being carried out by our employees, each in their own field, is care for quality products and rational execution of processes with smallest possible impact on environment. Controll over fulfillment of quality goals is delegated to production independent coworkers with rich experience and expertise, that form our department for quality.

Quality and environment management systems

Department for quality has always had all the neccessary attention. Beside its independence from production it was also supported with up-to-date informatics. Organisation of our department for quality and business/production processes always follow latest developments in the field of monitoring and execution of control over quality goals.
In Sistemska tehnika ARMAS we have integrated and regularly updated systems of quality and environment management, which is stated in ''Quality policy'' and ''Enviroment policy'', but also in management's attention to assure neccessary human and material resources, that are needed for optimal performance of both systems and functioning of control over achieving the quality of our products and services.

Quality Policy

All workers in Sistemska tehnika Armas commit ourselves to fulfill company's development goals and goals related to quality of our products and services according to standard ISO 9001:2008. Quality management processes are being carried out in cooperation with our customers and suppliers.

We continuosly strive to achieve correct relationships with our customers. In this way, we comprehend their actual and future needs more easily and profoundly. We can, therefore, not only live up to their expectations, but can also exceed them. This can be done only by honouring and executing quality management on all levels. By using process-system approach when managing and performing all activities we continuosly improve existing situation on the basis of conclusions and facts.

We are aware, that satisfaction of our employees represents crucial contribution to the success of our company. We ensure neccessary sources needed to gain important skills and knowledge among our working force. In this way, we enable their growth and progress.
